Mr. Abdur Rehman was born on March 5, 1994, in Balkh province, Afghanistan. He pursued higher education and graduated in 2019 from the Professional Academy of Commerce (PAC) in Peshawar, Pakistan, with an Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) qualification. Since 2014, Mr. Abdur Rehman has been working with national and international audit firms, gaining valuable experience in audit, accounts, finance, tax, budgeting, and administration. He continues to work diligently in his current position at NSRDO. His dedication to promoting education, reconstruction, and development reflects his commitment to building a brighter future for his country.
