Mr. Qais Zadran was born on 4th April 1991, in Paktika province, Afghanistan. He pursued his higher education and graduated in 2016 from the Kardan University, Afghanistan, with a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Economics Department. Following his graduation, Mr. Qais Zadran joined in NGOs and INDGOs since 2023, where he gained valuable experience in financial management and administration. Seeking to make a difference in his community, he subsequently ventured into the non-profit sector, working with various local organizations. Mr. Qais Zadran continues to work diligently in his current position at NSRDO. His dedication to promoting education, Reconstruction and Development, reflects his commitment to building a brighter future for his country.
